2. Products and Services
We provide online video courses designed to enhance personal growth and mental strength. Once purchased, the course is accessible via the user's account.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A legally binding contract is established upon the successful purchase of a video course through our website. The contract is confirmed by email and payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through Stripe, and we accept credit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported by Stripe. You will be required to create an account during the payment process in order to access the purchased course.
5. Delivery of Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased video course. Account creation is mandatory to ensure secure access to the course materials.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
There is no right of withdrawal once you have started watching any video within the course. By viewing the course content, you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase. If you have not yet accessed any videos, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
We assume no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. One-time Purchase
All video courses offered on our platform are one-time purchases. Upon purchase, you gain permanent access to the course under the conditions outlined in these terms.
10. Prohibition on Sharing Course Content
The content of the video courses is exclusively for the purchasing individual. Any sharing, distribution, or duplication of course materials with others is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course materials will be met with severe legal action. We reserve the right to pursue legal recourse, including but not limited to financial penalties and civil litigation for damages, should any violation occur. Such actions could lead to criminal charges where applicable. Violations of these terms are considered a serious breach of contract, and the individual responsible may be held liable for all associated legal costs.
11. Legal Recourse
We reserve the right to take the harshest legal action permissible under applicable law against individuals who breach these terms by distributing or sharing any course content. Any infringement may result in civil lawsuits, including claims for damages, lost revenue, and compensation for reputational harm. In extreme cases, it could lead to criminal prosecution.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with German law.
